Her strategic approach is grounded in deep cultural and market insight, enabling her to craft impactful, transformative brand experiences across diverse markets — with particular expertise in Latin America.

As Vice President of Business Development at WHP Global, a leading brand management and licensing company, Eva spearheads international licensing and partnership development across a portfolio of premium fashion, lifestyle, and children’s brands — including Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, Rag & Bone, G-Star RAW, Lotto, Lands’ End, Bonobos, and Toys”R”Us/Babies”R”Us.

She has successfully negotiated high-value, multi-territory licensing agreements, structured strategic partnerships with manufacturers and retailers, and led brand expansion into new markets across the Americas and Europe.

Previously, as part of the Lagardère Group at ELLE, Eva developed deep expertise in brand strategy and media, laying the foundation for her transition into international business development and licensing leadership.

Beyond her corporate role, Eva is a coach and mentor, working with professionals and entrepreneurs on career strategy, negotiation, and brand-building. She is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences that drive organizational success, and about empowering the next generation of business leaders — particularly women.

She is co-chair of the Rarely Heard Women (RHW) event in New York, and regularly contributes to the industry as a speaker and advisor, sharing her insights on brand strategy, licensing, and international growth.
