Marriam Mossalli is the Founder of Niche Arabia, an internationally recognized luxury consultancy firm elevating the Saudi fashion and tourism industries. A former news journalist and features editor, she established the “Life & Style” section of Arab News and contributes to Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Marie Claire Arabia, and Hia magazines. She co-authored a market insight book, “Glamour Globals,” and published a book on the fading crafts in Saudi’s rural Asir region. In 2019, she was the only Arab professional to be invited to Michelle Obama’s “Celebration of Design Gala.” Marriam is listed in the prestigious global BoF 500, a nominee for 100: New Wave Creatives for the British Fashion Council, and amongst Grazia ME’s Destination KSA: 30 under 30.
She recently founded Saudi Style Council, a not-for-proﬁt trade association building a sustainable and creative ecosystem that champions local creatives to cultivate Saudi’s emerging fashion sector.
