Casagrande then went on to launch his own label in 2012, MCG Massimo Casagrande. His collections have been shown in Paris and London as part of the Fashion East Menswear: Installations.

Currently, Massimo collaborates with a number of international clients as a stylist, designer, and as a contributor to fashion magazines such as Surface, Rodeo and Independent Style. For the past two years, he has been an official partner of London Design Festival, where he has exhibited and curated site specific collections in sync with contemporary cultural and social issues. Massimo also travels often as a guest lecturer holding seminars and workshops around the globe.
