Rahul Malik is the Managing Director, North America & Head of New Business at The Business of Fashion, where he oversees BoF Insights, BoF’s data and analysis think tank arming business leaders with proprietary and data-driven research to navigate the fast-changing, $2.5 trillion global fashion industry.Rahul joined The Business of Fashion after many years as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group in New York where he advised fashion and luxury, media and private equity clients around the world. Rahul has also worked as a founding member of a start-up airline and as an investor at a leading Southeast Asian private equity fund.

Steven Tristan Young is the Chief Marketing Officer of Poshmark, where he leads growth, product, and brand marketing. Previously, Steven was the Vice President of Growth at GrubHub, where he managed the company’s customer and market-level growth while helping shape the company’s brand and customer messaging platforms. Prior to GrubHub, Steven held leadership positions at DIRECTV, American Express, Endurance International Group, and Puma Sports. At American Express, Steven led the marketing efforts for the company’s flagship Black and Platinum Card portfolios, driving the brand design, customer positioning, and marketing communications strategy. Steven received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
