Ashlee Rzyczycki joined the Gus Machado College of Business at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida, as the Program Director and Assistant Professor for the Fashion Merchandising program. Rzyczycki previously served as a professor in fashion merchandising at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Penn. and has also taught at The Ohio State University and the University of Kentucky. She has held various industry positions, including serving as a client strategy workplace consultant for over thirty corporate, government, and higher education organizations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. A highly regarded professor for over a decade, Ms. Rzyczycki holds a Master of Arts degree in Clothing, Textiles, and Interiors from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in business from Mercyhurst University. Ashlee specializes in Sustainability in the Fashion Industry, where she has been a presenter at various professional conferences, including at LIM University and ESRAP, Educators for Socially Responsible Apparel Practices. Rzyczycki is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Ethical Leadership at St. Thomas University
