Courtney Spritzer – Co-Founder & CEO, Socialfly & Entreprenista
Courtney Spritzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Socialfly, a leading social-first digital and influencer marketing agency. Socialfly helps brands communicate and resonate with women on social media through content creation, influencer management, and paid media buying. Throughout Courtney’s career, she has developed strategic social media plans for her clients and successfully implemented campaigns for 300+ companies and brands, including Discovery, WeTV, Conair, Girl Scouts, and Slimfast.
In addition to her leading role at Socialfly, Courtney is also the Co-Founder of Entreprenista Media and co-host of the Entreprenista Podcast, a platform providing resources to women entrepreneurs and business leaders to celebrate and amplify their successes. In 2021, she launched WorkRobe, a line of robes for women to wear in their video meetings while working from home. Courtney is the recipient of the Smart CEO Brava Award and Drum’s 50 under 30 in Digital Marketing, and was recognized on the annual Inc. Female Founders 100 list in 2021. She has appeared on Bloomberg, Entrepreneur, Mic, MarketWatch, CheddarTV and more. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Studies from New York University
Aarav Chavda is the Co-Founder & CEO of INVERSA Leathers, a fashion materials company that makes environmentally-regenerative leather from invasive species. A longtime scuba diver and environmentalist, Aarav was moved to start INVERSA after witnessing the damage wrought to coral reefs by the invasive lionfish in the Atlantic. He believes that the future of fashion has to be more than just sustainable…it has to be environmentally-positive. Aarav has a background in materials engineering, graduating from Princeton University in 2017. He joined McKinsey and Company as a consultant in NYC, leaving to found INVERSA in late 2020.
