Caitlin started her career in product sourcing for Target before moving on to gain experience in project management and marketing. She is passionate about problem-solving and using her experience to make a positive impact.

He is devoted to driving innovation and growth to the industry through digital transformation and startup acceleration.

As a global power connector, his span of expertise ranges across omni-channel customer experience, retail innovation, sustainability as buiness for a broad variety of luxury brands including BMW, Luxottica, Gucci, Bulgari, Fendi, Tod’s , Uniqlo, H&M. He is also the founder of the Accenture Innovation Global Hub focus on fashion, as well as a lecturer and professor at University Bocconi, Istituto Marangoni and Cambridge. His focus areas are Metaverse and new circularity business models.
