On Wednesday, April 17th, FASHINNOVATION hosted another edition of DigiTALKS, our one and only fashion tech webinar. This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming our former speaker, Chandra Subramanian, CEO of ORS Group, to dive into the world of AI.

The DigiTalks is not just a webinar; it’s a vibrant online event where the FASHINNOVATION community actively engages in a Zoom call to discuss various topics from the fashion, technology, and innovation world. Generative AI acts as a fashion consultant powered by artificial intelligence, offering product recommendations, outfit suggestions, and personalized experiences based on individual tastes and preferences. 

Moreover, it’s possible to have real-time trend analysis driven by artificial intelligence that ensures your inventory aligns with customers’ needs, avoiding leftovers from the last season. 

Artificial intelligence can provide proactive customer assistance through natural language conversations, solve problems instantly, and anticipate needs even before they arise. 

“The AI assistance can actually understand the sentiments of the customer they’re dealing with in the chatbot and flip that conversation over to a real agent,” explains Chandra. 

It also allows personalized marketing automation for targeted campaign delivery based on each customer’s purchase history and online behavior, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy. 

DigiTALKS: Integration is Key

One simple solution powered by artificial intelligence that completely changes the game in business is integrated insights. Solutions like ORS’s Spark chart, which shows all the key insights in one place, facilitate the construction of a global business plan that takes into account all the company’s sectors.
